Invista x Reebok: Pump Series “Cordura” Pack

Cordura fabric: battlefield tested, sneaker enthusiast approved. The light-weight and durable fabric has made its way from trekking gear on mountain tops, to the apparel donned by motocross riders. Now, it’s making an appearance on footwear by Reebok in their upcoming collaboration with Invista Fabric for the Fall/Winter 2013 season.

The Cordura Fabric themed Reebok collection is set to be featured on a trio of Reebok’s pump collection: Insta Pump Fury, Pump Omni Lite and OXT Pump Mid, draped in the durable fabric, this Reebok Pump family is suited in the same tones as the Cordura makes a strong appearance in underlying fashion with color tone assistance from a continuance of gun metal grey, and hints of white and black. The Invista owned product sees it’s prominent branding display with “Cordura” tagging on the heel and tongue segments throughout the collection.

@WeavertheGreat brought these to you at the end of July in “Reebok Fall 2013 Introspreview from Hanon. Expect additional Reebok retailers to also have these starting on Friday September 6th. Should you feel inclined to place a pre-order, check out Mita Sneakers of Japan.

A rugged and durable look, contrasted from the standard classic runner, and basketball look associated with Reebok, these look to be a great collaboration that celebrates an almost fifty year history at Cordura. Any plans to cop? Let us know.
