Air Jordan XII “Taxi”

1996, Mike  was embarking on his second season after his return from baseball, and the Jordan XII was on his feet, and releasing in stores. November of that year, Jordan Brand released a colorway of MJ’s 12th signature shoe dubbed the “Taxi”. This amazing shoe features and all white leather upper with a black toe cap that wraps the outside  and inner arch of the shoe to provide extra support. Placed on the white leather tongue is the signature Jumpman, as well as, “two 3” written out behind the laces. On the back of the shoe is what gives this shoe its name. On the pull tab you can find another Jordan logo in Red, but it is surrounded by a “Taxi” yellow: this yellow is also scattered in the mostly black sole as well. One of the most noticeable features of the Taxi XII is the gold eyelets that are featured on the last two eyelets.

This shoe has not been released since 2008, and that was in the coveted countdown pack, paired with Bred XI. Are you going to cop in the 4th quarter when the ”Taxi” comes back out for really the first time since 1996? Let me know in the comments or on Twitter!
