Nike SB Project BA

As one of Nike SB’s initial team members, Brian Anderson has remained loyal to the Swoosh for over a decade. With a few Dunk collaborations under his belt and an extensive art and design portfolio under his belt, it only seems fitting that he should finally get a crack at his own pro shoe. At last, his time has come. Releasing overseas this month and in the states in August, I am personally excited for this release. While specifics are a bit murky (I have only found educated hunches, none of which officially from Nike), from the pictures it appears the sneaker is runner inspired and will feature Lunarlon technology in the heel area built on a cupsole base. The upper materials are split between suede and Nike Hyperfuse technology for added durability. From the looks of the sneaker I find it hard to believe that this will be a go to choice for skaters, but the runner style design gives the shoe potential to be a hit among sneakerheads. The black and grey model featured above is the first in what hopefully will be a long line of colorways for the new shoe line. Is this sneaker a cop or not?
