Nike Free Hyperfeel Unveiled

Officially unveiled at Nike’s Innovation Summit yesterday was the Nike Free Hyperfeel. Inspired by Nike’s “Nature Amplified” design ethos, and designed to mimic the motion of a human foot the Free Hyperfeel features articulated Lunarlon cushioning pads between the foot and a waffle outsole with durable XDR rubber placed in high wear areas, dynamic flywire intended to flex and contract like ligaments, and a lightweight flyknit upper. By using a one piece flyknit construction Nike claim to reduce their typical upper waste by an average of 90 percent. The typical Pegasus running shoe is made from 57 components, 50 more than the new Hyperfeel, which leads to a lightweight minimal runner.

Available from September 5th, priced at $175. You can pre order yours now from
