Extra Butter x Asics “Kill Bill” Teaser

Sneakercon visitors who aren’t up on their movies could be forgiven for being a little confused at the cryptic display presented at the event by New York’s Extra Butter. Instead of a table full of sneakers and flyers attendees were instead presented with a display featuring items that fans of Quentin Tarantino’s movies should have no difficulty recognising. The two parts of the presentation included a shattered cereal bowl on the floor situated next to a pile of snow with a blood smear across next to a severed scalp, all of which was placed underneath a yellow billboard which simply read Extra Butter New York / Asics.

No details of the upcoming project have been revealed as of yet but our interest has certainly been piqued by the graphic and inventive display. Let us know what you would like to see from the collaboration and stick with MidwestSole for further updates as soon as they become available.
